Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If for whatever reason you do not want an item you ordered within 30 days of receiving it, you may return it to us for a refund via store credit.

Please know that we will not refund shipping charges if the return is due to “Buyer’s Remorse”, or in other words, if you change your mind about your purchase.

In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and unopened and have all original seals and tags intact.

In order to help you with your request, please email us as early as possible at sales@nandlals.com. We will respond within 48 hours to confirm if we can process your refund or exchange.

Your returned product must include following:

  1. Proof of Purchase
  2. Original packaging (manufacturer’s box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
  3. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
  4. The return must be complete and include all accessories which comes with the product.
  5. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer’s packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

If the returned product does not match the above-mentioned criteria, it will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

The customer is responsible for all Shipping and Handling charges associated with the return.

Shipping fees will be deducted from the authorized refund amount where the product being returned qualified the initial order for free shipping.

We will refund any associated shipping charge if you received the wrong item.

All items will be checked by Nandlal & Sons Ltd. for defects prior to order fulfilment and shipping to ensure you receive there are no defects.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@nandlals.com and send your item to: 66 High St, San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago

Gifts

If the item was a gift, please ensure that the gift giver provides the proof of purchase in order to help in processing a refund. The same terms above apply. Please email sales@nandlals.com if you have any questions.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 66 High St, San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
